- データの分析のために混合効果モデルを使用し,最小二乗の平均とTukeyの修正を使用してポストホック比較を行いました.
主要な成果:
- KJPSの絶対誤差は性別によって異なる (2.58-3.42).
- 年齢グループ (F=14.841,p<0.001) および位置感角度 (F=19.645,p<0.001) において,KJMSの有意な差異が観察されました.
- 男性はKJPSの誤差が低かったが,45歳以上の個人は若いグループと比較してより大きな偏差を示した.
結論:
- 年齢と性別は,膝関節位置感 (KJPS) の精度に大きく影響し,高齢者や男性では精度が低下しています.
- 膝関節運動感 (KJMS) において,有意な性差は認められなかった.
- Proprioception,特にKJPSは,45歳以上の個人に著しく減少します.
