マルチシステム炎症症症候群 (MIS-C) の小児における心血管疾患のアウトカムは,一般的に時間の経過とともに改善し,大半は6~9ヶ月以内に回復する. しかし,心筋腫や線維症などのサブ臨床的な心臓疾患は,最大24ヶ月間持続し,長期の追跡が必要になります.

  • 心筋腫/線維症は12ヶ月まで持続し,冠動脈異常は24ヶ月まで観察された. 証拠の確実性は非常に低かった.
