虫垂断端閉鎖とメソ虫垂切断の腹腔鏡下虫垂切除術（LA）の技術は様々です。クリップとステープルは手術時間と入院期間を短縮する可能性があり、クリップが最も費用対効果が高いです。電気メスはメソ虫垂切断において費用対効果が高いです。
