放射線療法は、アルギニン代謝障害およびPD-L1の発現亢進によりT細胞を疲弊させることがある。新規生体模倣免疫調節剤(arg/Bnb-L)はこれを逆転させ、T細胞機能を増強し、放射線免疫療法の転帰を改善する。
