運動誘発性紫斑病:文献の系統的レビュー

- 40例および3つの症例シリーズ(71名)を特定しました。主に慢性静脈疾患を持つ中年女性に影響がありました。運動後24時間以内に現れ、1〜2週間で消失する下肢の点状出血/紫斑を特徴としました。組織学検査では、IgA沈着のない白血球破砕性血管炎が示されました。
結論:
- 運動誘発性紫斑病は、その頻度と良性の性質のため、スポーツ医学においてより一層の認識が必要です。臨床診断は、誤診や不要な検査を避けるために重要です。早期認識は、自己免疫疾患に関する不必要な患者の懸念を防ぎます。
