主要な成果:

  • 35件の研究、25件の中国語版フレイル評価スケールが含まれた。C-RGAとGFI-Cは十分な内容妥当性と内的整合性を示した。3つのツール（高齢者入院患者用フレイル評価スケール、C-RGA、GFI-C）はグレードAの推奨を受けた。他は様々（B、C、D）。

結論:

  • 中国語版フレイル評価機器の品質には大きなばらつきがある。高齢者入院患者用フレイル評価スケール、C-RGA、GFI-Cは臨床使用に暫定的に推奨される。広範な臨床または研究使用のために完全に検証されたツールはなく、さらなる厳密な精神測定評価が必要である。
