消防士看護師による組織的リーダーシップ:リモートイベントの企画
1Association nationale des infirmiers de sapeurs-pompiers, 9 rue Valentin-Hauy, 75015 Paris, France.
Abstract:
The National Association of Firefighters Nurses has transformed the organization of its scientific events thanks to digital tools and remote collaborative work. This evolution is based on structured coordination, tailored facilitation, and the use of SMART objectives (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time-bound). In this context, leadership is expressed through the early detection of weak signals, the benevolent management of volunteers, and organizational flexibility. Mastery of digital tools and virtual group dynamics strengthens the skills of nurse leaders. This model illustrates a capacity for innovation and serves as a reference for other professional structures.
