    血清チログラブリン (TG) の測定は,高リスク集団における甲状腺がんのスクリーニングに有効ではありません. しかし,高TGレベルは,完全甲状腺切除術後の残留性または再発性非髄膜性甲状腺がんの検出に役立ちます.
