在单变量和多变量分析中,手术前的RT与总死亡率的显著更高风险有关,无论是有PSM还是没有PSM.
随访时间中位数为72个月.

结论:

在手术前的RT并不能在第三阶段乳腺癌患者中增强OS.
术前RT与预后较差有关,并且不会改变当前的治疗标准.
