对T1和T2来说,慢性疼痛状态仍然是I级,压力水平在各组之间没有显著差异.

结论:

COVID-19 感染可以直接加剧现有的关节障碍,特别是增加疼痛强度.
虽然疼痛水平上升,但对日常生活和工作的功能影响可能不会在感染后立即显著改变.
需要进一步的研究来了解COVID-19对TMD和口腔面部疼痛的长期影响.
