胰岛素样生长因子-1 (IGF-1) 在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS) 病例中部分扭转了老鼠的认知缺陷. 这表明IGF-1可能通过影响海马体蛋白质表达来保护OSAS诱导的认知障碍.
