目标:

方法:
通过回顾性病历审查，分析患者特征、与跌倒相关的危险因素、功能评估以及跌倒发生时的具体情况。
结果:
在316例患者中，有10例（3.2%）发生跌倒，平均年龄为61.3 ± 11.9 岁。大多数患者存在行走障碍和认知功能障碍。7次跌倒事件（70%）发生在试图下床时，其中5次发生在夜间。尽管有照护人员在场并使用了床栏，仍观察到跌倒事件的发生。此外，所有10例患者均使用了可能增加跌倒风险的药物，如催眠药或镇静剂。跌倒的发生似乎与多种因素相关，包括身体功能限制（如活动能力受损、视觉障碍和药物副作用）、环境因素（如照明不足和医护人员短缺）以及行为因素（如无人协助的移动）。
结论:
为降低跌倒风险，采取包括改善夜间照明、辅助器具使用与药物管理教育、照护者培训以及个体化康复计划在内的综合干预措施可能具有积极效果。
