- 在CRC患者的PBMC中,13个基因 (CCR3,CD2,CD27,CD3G,CD8B,FAS,IL10,IL18R1,IL5,LAG3,MAP3K7,TLR1,TLR6) 显著上调.
- 在CRC患者和健康对照者之间,没有观察到四个IgG子类的血清水平的统计学上显著差异.
结论:
- 在PBMC中,CRC与T细胞和B细胞激活基因表达的显著改变有关.
- 特定的上调和下调基因突出显示了CRC中的免疫失调.
- 虽然幽默免疫 (IgG子类) 似乎不受影响,但细胞免疫基因表达的变化为CRC免疫疗法提供了潜在的点.
