背景:
本研究探讨了老年个体中循环组织蛋白酶K(CatK)和组织蛋白酶D(CatD)水平与肌肉减少症之间的关系。
方法:
本病例对照研究纳入了来自南阳中心医院的343名年龄超过65岁的参与者。根据亚洲肌少症工作组(AWGS)标准诊断肌少症,诊断需满足手握力(HGS)降低和四肢骨骼肌质量(ASM)减少两项指标。采集空腹血液样本,通过ELISA法检测CatD和CatK水平。研究比较了各组间CatD和CatK水平的差异,并采用ROC曲线分析评估其诊断价值。
结果:
血清 CatK 水平在握力低、骨骼肌质量低及患有肌少症的受试者中显著升高(均p< 0.05)。CatK 与 HGS 呈负相关(β = -0.899,p= 0.016),对肌少症具有诊断价值,其AUROC为0.704。CatD水平未显示显著差异或相关性。肌少症的最佳CatK截断值为5.53 ng/mL,较高的CatK与低握力(HGS)风险增加相关(OR = 1.895,p= 0.014)和肌少症(OR = 3.926,p< 0.001。
结论:
循环CatK是肌少症的一种有前景的生物标志物,有望用于早期诊断和治疗靶向。
