5年的OS率有所不同:LEC (76.4%),BSCC (51.5%),SpCC (41.8%) 和传统的SCC (39.0%).
多变量分析证实,LEC与高级OS和DSS独立相关,而BSCC和SpCC显示了与传统SCC相似的结果.

结论:

组织学变异是主要唾液腺SCC的关键预后因素.
淋巴细胞癌 (LEC) 与明显更好的生存结果有关.
