技术压力,TPACK和成长思维对STEM讲师在跨学科教学中的能力进行调节的调解

技术压力对STEM讲师在跨学科教学 (CIT) 的能力产生负面影响,但技术教学内容知识 (TPACK) 部分介导了这一效应. 增长思维 (GM) 缓冲这些影响,特别是对TPACK.

- 增长思维方式 (GM) 显著缓解了technostress-CIT (β = 0.152) 和technostress-TPACK (β = 0.223) 的关系,对TPACK产生了更强的缓冲效应.
