Elyse Watkins is an associate professor in and associate chair of the DMSc program at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Megan Orlando is an assistant professor at the University of Colorado and co-director of the UC Health Center for Endometriosis and Chronic Pelvic Pain. E. Watkins serves as a clinical editor for JAAPA. The authors have disclosed no other potential conflicts of interest, financial or otherwise.
