单关节运动与多关节运动的高损伤效应:膝盖延伸和腿部压力之间的直接比较

- LP是整体QF和脏/附带肌肉缩的时间效率高的炼.
- 对于直腿骨缩症的向,KE优越,这在预防伤害方面具有临床意义.
