骨盆不全性骨折在发达国家的发病率正逐渐上升。本文旨在综述目前关于此类骨折的分类、治疗及外科治疗策略的相关证据。已提出的分类系统包括AO脊柱骶骨损伤分类系统、骨盆脆性骨折（FFP）分类以及OF骨盆分类。治疗方式包括非手术治疗、骶骨成形术、髂骶螺钉或棒固定、腰盆固定，以及针对前环的治疗方式，如外固定架或内固定架、骨盆钢板或螺钉固定。本文阐述了每种技术的优缺点。该领域目前存在较大的知识空白，本文亦探讨了未来的研究方向。
