[Ileotransversoanastomosis end-to-end in right-sided hemicolectomy]

The results of surgical treatment of 23 patients with cancer of right hemicolon with ileotransversotomy end-to-end are analysed. Advantages of this anastomosis in comparison with anastomosis "end-to-side" and "side-to-side" are shown. There were neither cases of insufficiency of sutures nor functional disturbances at the area of anastomosis in 23 operations.
