Summary of an imaginary letter to a junior doctor who would like to get a training child and adolescent psychiatry. The author tries to give his young colleague particulars about the official aspect his training regulated by the FMH in paedopsychiatry, as well as on the cultural and personal aspects of a training course in psychotherapy.
