Molecular variability of Czech plum pox virus isolates

Seventy-two Czech plum pox virus (PPV) isolates were analyzed using DAS-ELISA and RT-PCR. Both PPV-D and PPV-M serotypes were detected, with minor discrepancies possibly due to mutation or recombination.
