Abstract:
Children and Hospitals Week has traditionally been a vehicle for educating the community and health care professionals about the psychosocial needs of hospitalized children. An effective way of reaching both populations is by hosting a children's health fair. This paper describes how the staff of a 531 bed community based hospital collaborated to implement such an event.
