Reporting health care practitioners to state licensing boards--VA. Final rule

This document sets forth the policy of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for reporting physicians, dentists, and other health care professionals to State licensing boards under authority of the act captioned "Veterans' Administration Health-Care Amendments of 1985" (the Act) and other authority. The intended effect of this policy is to cooperate with State licensing boards for the purpose of promoting better health care.
