Abstract:
This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) adjudication regulations to extend the date concerning limitation of pension benefits for veterans and surviving spouses receiving Medicaid-covered nursing home care. This amendment is necessary to conform the regulations to statutory provisions.
