Per diem for nursing home care of veterans in state homes--VA. Proposed rule

Abstract:

This document proposes to revise regulations setting forth a mechanism for paying per diem to State homes providing nursing home care to eligible veterans. The intended effect of the proposed regulations is to ensure that veterans receive high quality care in State homes.
