Computer-aided sperm head morphometry (ASMA) offers a repeatable and objective method for assessing bull sperm dimensions. This analysis shows no significant variation between technicians or replications, simplifying fertility assessments.

    • Computer-aided sperm head morphometry analysis (ASMA) is a repeatable and objective method for assessing bull sperm head dimensions.
    • No significant variation exists between technicians or across replications, indicating ASMA's reliability for bull fertility studies.
    • Replicate analyses are not necessary when using ASMA, streamlining the process of acquiring accurate morphometric data.
