The self-evaluation of supervisory duties by medical group practice supervisors

In the first of a three-part series, the authors summarize self-evalutions of nearly 250 supervisors from MGMA clinics. Seven areas of supervision are identified as particularly troublesome. Suggestions for follow-up are given.
