Abstract:
The proposed amendment of 1306.13 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations would permit the partial filling of prescriptions for Schedule II controlled substances, beyond the current 72-hour time limit, if the prescriptions are written for patients in Long Term Care Facilities.
