Cottage hospitals: the charm has gone but the loyalties remain

'You can't have a resort like this without a hospital,' argued a consultant at Tenby Cottage Hospital when Nick Davidson visited recently. But some staff members hold ambiguous attitudes to the building itself. Indeed, one would like to pull it down and replace it with a modern, purpose-built building.
