Medicare program; access to books, documents and records of subcontractors--HCFA. Final rule

This final rule responds to the comments we received on a final rule that we published December 30, 1982, that set forth criteria and procedures concerning the Department's access to books, documents and records of a contractor of a Medicare provider. In addition, we have made a few procedural revisions and technical corrections to the final rule.
