[How to reduce the nitrate content in baby foods]

Nitrates content in baby food must not exceed 50 mg/kg according to the new french legislation. The amount found in fresh vegetable are often higher. Technological methods to reduce this amount eliminate also vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. For this reason, we are looking for agronomics methods to get lower quantities of nitrates.
