Clinical supervision in community mental health

This study attempts to replicate and extend research on different styles of clinical supervision. The purposes of the study were to delineate the different approaches to clinical supervision, to assess staff preferences for different supervisory approaches, to determine the extent to which the different approaches actually are emphasized, and to determine to what extent a supervisor's personal supervisory style correlates with a supervisee's job satisfaction.
