[Clofelin-fentanyl analgesia in adrenalectomy]

Anesthesia for adrenalectomy as exemplified in 60 patients is discussed. Anesthesia was based on a combination of fentanyl with a central adrenoagonist clofelin. This method supplemented by accurate hemodynamic monitoring ensures adequate analgesia without side effects on the hemodynamics.
