[Study on cerebral ATP level with bioluminescent: method to estimate the time of death]

Abstract:
This paper reported the changes of ATP content in dog's cerebral tissues during different time after death. ATP levels were determined by biolumi-nescent method. The results showed that ATP concentration decreased gradually along with prolonging of death time. The study has important value in estimating the time of death in forensic practice.
