Abstract:
The subcutaneous dissemination at the prostate carcinoma is rare. Generally, but not frequently, it is seen in patients in advanced stages of the disease and in the terminal phase. We wish to communicate the case of a subcutaneous metastasis as the primary appearance of this neoplasm, whose existence was confirmed by immunohistological examination by means of PAAF, and with satisfactory response to testosterone deprivation.
