Required multicompetency: fact or fiction?

This article reports on a recent survey of ARRT examinees conducted to determine if multicredentialing and cross-training were essential for newly graduated radiographers seeking entry-level employment in the United States. Results indicated that although employers looked favorably on graduates with multicompetency skills, it was not a major factor in employment decisions.
