[Clinical observation of trabeculectomy without conjunctival incision]

To reduce the formation of cicatrization of filtering bleb and elevate the successful rate of filtration surgery of glaucoma.

Trabeculectomy without conjunctival incision was performed on 37 eyes of 35 patients with glaucoma.

They were followed up for 3-16 months. The rate of control of the intraocular pressure was 94.6%, and the operative complications were few and mild.

The results show that the trabeculectomy without conjunctival incision is a safe and effective anti-glaucoma technique.
