Summary

Electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring did not detect changes during ki emission in a ki master or recipients. Current EEG methods may not be suitable for measuring ki activity, particularly moving-type ki.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate potential changes in brain activity during ki emission.
  • To assess the utility of EEG in measuring ki phenomena.

Main Methods:

  • A 54-year-old male ki master and three recipients underwent 21-channel EEG recording.
  • EEG data were collected during baseline, direct healing ki emission, transtelephonic healing ki emission, and fighting ki emission.
  • Recordings were analyzed by a neurologist blinded to the ki context.

  • No detectable changes in EEG patterns were observed in the ki master or recipients during any phase of ki emission.
  • This suggests that the tested forms of ki emission did not produce measurable alterations in brain electrical activity.

  • Further research with alternative methodologies may be needed to objectively study ki phenomena.
