Statement Of Problem:
Investigators have attempted to resolve the question: do psychosocial, emotional, and attitudinal factors have any effect on cancer survival?
Purpose:
This article presents a literature review and an overview of the developments in the mind-body connection to examine the influence of attitude in cancer survival.
Conclusion:
Even though a causal effect of emotional issues on the initiation and promotion of cancer is speculative, the effect of emotions on numerous medical conditions cannot be ignored.
