[The morphological characteristics of microsurgical biliodigestive anastomoses]

The morphological characteristics of 3 new types of microsurgical biliodigestive antireflux anastomosis created in 66 mongrel dogs has been presented. Histotopographic data in all series of experiment are indicative of the accretion of mucous coats of sutured organs not later than on d 4-6. The regeneration processes in wound channel finishes on d 14 without forming of a scar. Adaptation mechanisms, occurring in the area of biliodigestive junctions are manifested through dislocation of the intestinal mucosa into the biliary duct, the change of its surface and hypertrophy of the intestinal circular muscles, surrounding the anastomosis, which provides its antireflux characteristic.
