Abstract:
Palmo-plantar and/or axillary idiopathic hyperhidrosis is unpleasant and sometimes invalidating. Its malodorous variant which is due to biodegradation by bacterias is called bromhidrosis. According to the severity of the condition, several therapies exist including psychotherapy, various topical products, iontophoresis, botulinic toxin injections and thoracic sympathectomy.
