    Peripheral-blood lymphocytes in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) form significantly more spontaneous rosettes with mouse red cells than in other B-cell disorders. This rosette formation test aids in distinguishing CLL from other B-lymphoproliferative diseases.
