Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To describe and evaluate the efficacy of a nonsurgical breast enlargement method utilizing controlled distractive mechanical forces.
  • To assess the impact of this method on breast size, tissue composition, and psychological well-being.

Main Methods:

  • Seventeen healthy women (18-40 years) used a brassiere-like system applying 20-mmHg vacuum distraction force for 10-12 hours/day over 10 weeks.
  • Breast size was measured using three methods; magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) assessed tissue water density and architecture before and after treatment.
