Summary

Unsuspected prostate cancer (CaP) was found in 33% of Taiwanese men undergoing cystoprostatectomy, with a higher incidence of high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) in these cases. This suggests CaP development in Taiwan may mirror U.S. men, despite lower reported rates.
