This study reports two fatalities linked to N-methyl-1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-butanamine (MBDB), a less common phenethylamine drug. MBDB, also known as Methyl-J or Eden, is associated with dangerous effects similar to MDMA and MDEA.
