Abstract:
123I-Labeled paclitaxel, [123I]-1 was prepared by electrophilic aromatic radioiodination of 3'-N-(p-trimethylstannylbenzoyl)-3'-debenzoylpaclitaxel 2 with 123I- in the presence of peracetic acid.
