Abstract:
The authors presents two cases report of allergic retinal vasculitis and allergic optic neuropathy after anaphylactic shock due to the parenteral Moldamin administration. Clinicians should be aware of the possibilities of hypersensitivity ocular reaction in anaphylactic shock, with dramatic consequence on the vision.
