[Adrenal gland ganglioneuroma]

The authors report a case of adrenal ganglioneuroma in a 25 year old woman. This rare and benign tumor is localized in the adrenal gland in 20% of cases. Considerations on diagnosis, pathogenesis and management are discussed.
