Summary

Variant Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 1 (vHNF1/HNF1beta) is expressed in the mouse genital tract. Unexpectedly, vHNF1 transcripts in testes lack reporter gene activity, indicating novel transcript variants arise post-meiosis.
